There is one here http://www.sailtrain.co.uk/Irpcs/index.htm but the book that is advertised on the site is also a great way of learning it.

I think that www.ks-networx.de/aquasignal/htdocs/main.php?id=177 has an easy way of displaying the options but I can't check it here.

But the annotated RYA Booklet, G2, is esential IMHO. It does not cost much. My one also has a supplement giving pics of lights. And its a b****y sight more convenient to have on board than finding an internet site when you wnt to check something.
