Nav Planner - Navionics

All I need to say is that when I need to change my kit again I'll be going back to C-Map.

Thank you, after reading this comprehensive rant I was finally motivated to throw all my navionics gear in the dustbin. Not that chuffed though as it has worked fine for me and I really liked the charts, but there you go.

I can't afford to replace it so no am left with paper charts n stuff, so at least I can moan on here now every time someone mentions gps.

the charts are Ok, C-map charts I think are better but Nav Planner is what I'm really disappointed in .... not good

I was told on the phone today that there is supposed to be a new version being released shortly after the boatshow.

I have a copy on trial - and like you from the sound of it - quite like the charts - but think the current version of Nav planner is not even really a beta - lets hope the next version is a significant improvement. I'm not paying out for what I have at the moment
