NauticPath Tidal Stream data errors

I have searched for this being discussed before - but cannot find much of useful reference.
I have found the Nauticpath tidal stream data (the "C" objects) on my relatively new Lowrance plotter to be (potentially dangerously, as I twigged this approaching the Raz de Sein!) wrong/misleading. Have asked Lowrance about it and they are unhelpful/non-responsive. Is anyone aware of any software update to fix this? Has this been discussed already with any solutions? It's a pity because it would be useful to have reliable data, you might say. Also the height predictions ("T" objects) are slightly whacky, but not so bad.

We have been waiting for an update for some time now. I spoke with Jim Deheer, Marketing and retail channel manager for Navico at SIBS and he assured me that Lowrance were looking at it, but the more pressure he had from UK owners would add weight to his campaign.
