Nauticat 44

Going to look at a schooner rigged 44 on Sunday. Anyone know of anything one should especially watch out for? I believe the boat is on it's mooring.

Why?

I'm a Fisher owner at the moment - only a 25 but a great little ship. I'll be looking to upsize at some point and am torn between Fishers and Nauticats. Contemplating either Fisher 34/37 or Nauticat 331/38.

I like the Fisher's ultimate seakeeping abilities but prefer the Nauticat's layout with aft cabin.

sorry to confuse, it was me who reccomended, he look at naughty pussies, i like them, but for me it would have to be a fisher 46, in that size. But i do like the 44 nauticat with schooner rig.
the fisher 37 is a wonderful boat aswell.
He's a mate of mine.

Thats exactly why I am looking at the Nauticat, rather than the Fisher. Besides if I wanted a trawler, Lowestoft's full of the damn ugly things at the moment.
