NASA DEpth sounder dimensions.....please

I am making a NASA depth sounder bracket for a friend but the boat is 120miles away!!
Does anybody have the instrument dimensions so that I can cut the correct diameter of hole and have the correct depth for mounting? I have searched the web without success so help required . Thanks
