Excellent recommend by the lady in the shop. White fish, nothing much extra needed, simply a chopped up garlic clove, some lemon juice and just a pinch of salt. 4 to 5 minutes a side in the frying pan, does break up a little but no problem.Did you grunt after eating it?![]()

Very few. Miss Fish Filleter is an expert. Mebbe two or three per fillet, easily dealt with. It's a local fish so if you fancy a go, try your local cofradia.Bones?

Tip. If you have some fish and mash left over, next day, mix with some herbs and an egg. Fashion into fishcakes and fry. Lovely.I will try it now you say its not riddled with bones.
