Anyone in Denia Spain?

Hi, all it's been a few years since my last post having been a busy guy setting up my bar business on Gran Canaria....

Anyway to the point, I'm interested in a boat currently berthed in Denia marina and before deciding to fly to view in the flesh if there is anyone local who could put eyes on, take a few photos and give me an honest opinion on general condition I'd very much appreciate it...

I was interested in a Denia boat and had a very useful conversation with the British chap who serviced it. Might be worth asking who looks after it?
