That's the type of pub / bar I avoid when abroad along with anything that says British or English.

There was an exception in Florida, when we were taken to a British café for a full breakfast, tea from a teapot served in mugs and a lot of chat from the Yorkshire lass who owned and ran it.
Faux Irish pubs are a tradition all over the world

Yes, but quite often all the decoration, including the signs, displays and possibly even the books are all plastic...

Yes….we went to sea today….unfortunately grey skies, grey sea and an uncomfortable swell from the wrong direction meant we headed home….
Winter can have some of the best boating days…unfortunately we aren’t quite there yet.
The Cummins engineers are coming on Thursday for the annual service of the generator and engine…I seriously hope they don’t insist on a test drive…because the forecast is looking grim

Beautiful sunny day in port…the Cummins engineers are doing the annual service on the engine and generator…should be a blustery day according to the forecast

Are you hovering about offering cups of tea?
