Yes I have thanks, a week ago and they have not responded to my email. I am hoping someone on the site here has on to scan or even to talk me through

Most of it is pretty simple (connectors just click together) but there are afew pieces that have the same ends as each other. I DO NOT want to click the wrong parts together

I am just hopeful

I have most of it figured out

My main 2 concerns are
#1- the two wires that go from the control box to the fuel pump. The wires from the control box are
1- yellow with a dotted green line
2- green with a dotted green line

The wires on my fuel pump (503245A 3YP17)
1- yellow with a solid red line
2- white with a #10 sicker on it

I don't want to mix up these two wires and blow the fuel pump.

#2 The other concern is there is no external thermostat, just an "On-off" switch. Do I NEED an external thermostat?

Thanks for looking guys

haha I couldn't make out that site even with an on-line translation

Thanks for trying though

My heater came with a second fuel pump (503245 28H08)
1 wire is red with a #12 sticker
2 wire is white with #10 sticker

this pump looks used. EVERYTHING else looks brand new.

If only I could figure out those two wires

Good luck /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Quiet night shift tonight, so no trouble having a search. Now, if it was eberspacher info you wanted......

You may get more response when everyone wakes up in a few hours!

Thanks I am keeping my fingers crossed and SEARCHING. I would have thought it was a fairly common site to find. Oh well, hopefuly someone has one hooked up and they can give it a quick look

All the eber and webasto pumps work with any battery polarity(ie you can cross the wires) I expect yours will be the same????. Usually one is just negative from the battery and the other a pulsed positive from the control unit.
You would be advised to bleed the fuel lines before switching on the unit. Bleeding is usually by connecting a negative lead to one pump terminal and tapping the other to the positive terminal at aproximatly one tap per second or faster.
My comments on polarity are just based on my own experience we may have an expert who can tell us if this is generic to these fuel pumps in general.
Good luck.

Thanks guys

Mukuni rep emailed me a copy. I guess persistance is the key

I will upload it to a site that way other will have it too
