I assume you refer to the Tapatalk interface that's installed on the SCMCHAT forum.
I'm not a great lover of Tapatalk myself but several of our members like it so I've kept it active.

BTW If you don't want to use it, just press cancel to ignore the Tapatalk redirect to Google Play and you will go directly to SCMCHAT working with a standard browser.
The site works better with a standard browser anyway,
