Owner: American and owns a home in Bahamas
He 'wears' a Bahamian flag (not an ensign) at the stern.
As an American citizen but owner of a Bahamian boat, which country's ensign should he wear? And what, if any, courtesy flag should be flown?

The nationality of the skipper or owner has no bearing on what ensign should be flown. Only the country of registration counts.
