We all have a dream. Depending on finding a free mooring in a popular boating place moves the dream into the realms of near fantasy. Otherwise we would all be doing it. Sorry! Fantstic good luck might just win the day though so dream on :-)

I did also say did anyone know of any cheap tidal drying out moorings as it got flat bottom so they be even better for me as there must be plenty of them round penryn way or surrounding area boat 46ft pity cant get it towed somewhere cheap as it does float always a bonus that bit but anyone who understand will know how it can mean a lot to be able to do it up and live in it same time to eventualy be able to sit back and say you done that and this is yours and look forward to a cruise with it one day as by myself anyway so got the time but don't think it going to happen know were to put it that's life I think

Penryn = Shagtown :)

What about the mudflaps opposite side of the road as you drive into Penryn from Falmouth ?
Always used to be liveaboards there.

I'd be interested to hear more about the boat and why someone is willing to sell her very, very cheap. Have you go much experience of working on boats?

Shagtown? Now I'm intrigued.

Least I should indulge you old chap :) The septics during WW11, who were based in the area called Penryn, Shagtown. No need to explain why :) Having spent time in Falmouth during my Naval youth I can confirm the correct use of the term :) :)

Does this fine craft have a name ? Is it an ex fishing boat ?

Steel hulls are notorious for getting thin plating in expensive places to repair.

PS Sorry to be Mr. Picky but your questions would be easier to decipher if you used some full stops sometimes!
