Moorings to rent on the Clyde?

Hi, does anyone know if there are any moorings to rent on the Clyde on a shorter term basis - say a few weeks or a month? Or does it just tend to be marinas? We would like to rent one for a wee while so our boat is local to us to get a bit of sailing practice, before heading to Crinan next month. Can't really find much from an Internet search.

Thanks that looks good! I didn't search hard enough. Was hoping to get something a wee bit closer to Glasgow - but I see you are only an hour or so which isn't too bad!

Try Cardwell Bay Sailing Club : Moorings
The moorings are private, but they tend to get laid at the start of the season and you might find a member doesn't have their boat in the water yet so might be willing for you to use it for 4-6 weeks.

How big's your boat? My mooring at Port Bannatyne's free at the moment, and if your boat fits you are welcome to use it at your own risk.

Hi thanks that's very generous, it is 30ft, but port Bannatyne is a bit of a trek in the car for us, looking for something on the south side of the Clyde really so we can go for wee day sails and stuff -
But yeah thanks a lot anyway that was nice off you to offer
