Mooring may be available

I may have a mooring available in a cut. Suitable up to 27' Water & Electric available. Cost will be £750 p.a. Let me know if you want your name down. Also may be coming available another mooring for up to 40' this will be £1750 p.a.

I must emphasise these are MAYBE's not definate.

Where is the 27' mooring please ? Whats the set up etc ?

The mooring is at South Stoke, opposite the Beetle & Wedge.
It is main stream but instead of laying alongside it is a cut into the bank.
