Mooring Fees

Plymouth Harbour regulations say that we have to have our mooring inspected and certified every year. Our insurance company says the same.

We also have to pay ground rent for the bit of mud we moor over the top of. (All fo £190 a year to the Duchy)

Still makes our mooring cheap though...
