My boat is on a private mooring, not in a marina, looking one evening with the bino's from my front window at home,this bloody great white powerboat users hermees as a bloody pontoon, sent a mate out to tell him/her to F###,,, OFF!

Then in effect you rent the space and therefore should be protected by the law.


I am not sure its the same for lobster pots though

If he was a fourmite he would have been flying the burgee and actually using your mooring (to keep it safe for you!)
He would also have had a large G&T waiting for both you and you crew as you returned!
