Moody 31 Rudder Bearings

Hi,

My rudder on my Moody 31 has developed a 'grinding' noise when over to port.
On investigation I have noticed that the fitting at the top of the shaft is bearing on the top collar and that the pin that limits the movement of the tiller is wearing a groove in the top of the collar.

Has anyone had any experience of replacing the rudder bearings and / or the top collar?
