Mirabella\'s masthead

Looking across the Portsmouth roof tops from the top deck of a cross channel Ferry on Friday evening I noticed a tall mast with a fixed red light.

I assume this was Mirabella V in dry dock and the mast is a hazard to low flying aircraft?

I think yes on both counts. We saw the light whilst passing Pompey Friday eve. Awesome!
