midland neptune vhf

morning all, I have a midland neptune dsc vhf. The mmsi has already been programmed in by the previous owner and I want to erase it and enter my new mmsi.

Any one know who the best person is in the UK to send it to? Or would it be cheaper/easier to just buy a new one ?
