I hope to base my Moody in the Ionian this spring. I understand that Messalonghi had some problems last year... does anyone know if it is now fully functional? Any other recommendations?

Unfortunately Messalonghi has been experiencing problems for several years and it seems unlikely that they will be solved in the forseeable future.
