I am sure this is easily answered. The CO alarm has been going off on my boat (2020 Merry Fisher) even though there was no device that could possibly set it off (or so I assume). No cooking, heating, engines not run etc. I assumed it was a battery issue for the CO detector so I went and bought a new one. A few weeks later, the same thing again when I am not present at the boat (for more than a few weeks at a time) and the Marina informed me that the alarm is going off again. has anyone experienced anything similar and if so, found a solution? Many Thanks for any advice.

When I had that problem the fault was not the batteries, even though it was them producing the gas, it was the battery charger. Does it happen when not plugged in to 220v and with no solar charging?
