Do any forumites know exactly which shaft and prop nut anodes are required for a Jeanneau MF925?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The MF's are fitted with conical anodes, MG Duff CMAN 235, CMAN 240 or CMAN245 depending on shaft size. Aparently, the MF 805, which i have, had a choice of 35mm or 40mm shafts, mine is 35mm. There may then be a choice for yours, although i'd guess 40mm.

It may be worth a call to a decent MF dealer. I found Morgan Marine at Brightlingsea to be extremely helpful. http://morganmarine.com/

Thanks fellas.

The engine is the 285HP Volvo KAMD300, and the shaft is 45mm if I remember correctly, but I will check again.

I spoke to a dealer a while back but he seemed to have as much idea as I had, something about although it was a 45mm shaft, the prop nut anode was not a 45mm one which confuddled me just a tad (maybe it's 40mm as bj2 suggests?). He was going to find out properly and let me know, but never did for whatever reson.

I have emailed a couple of other J dealers yesterday on the subject, no answers on phones, they are possibly boatshowing drooling over JFMs new toy.

Nowt simple with boats eh.......:-(

I have a spare cutlass bearing in the workshop. Just been and measured it up and it's for a 40mm shaft. Yet, my MF805 uses the 35mm anode. Time before last, i ordered the anode from Westways (Jeanneau dealer) and they sent a 40mm one, i guess they looked the shaft size up.

Given that and bj2's comments, i'd be inclined to get a 40mm anode, unless you can physically measure the nut itself.

When you know for sure, write it in the service book for future reference.
