Can't start any earlier surely - we've managed a quorum by 2000h on the Friday night in Yarmouth on both occasions so far (despite weather that has turned back somewhat larger craft....../forums/images/icons/smile.gif)
For those that can't remember the Saturday weather has been crap both years - but the Sunday's' have come up trumps.
I can see it now - Howlin' Haydn and the Kings of Bling.
On (Sea) Bass - Gonfishing
On Lead Guitar - Kim ('cos he pulls the strings)
On Keyboards - well, everyone, really
On Vocals - Yer man, with backup samples from Harry the Donkey
On percussion - Gordon Brown ('cos he'll make a satisfying thump when we throw him out of the window)
What about the set list?
No particular place to go (my plotter is on the blink)
Michael, row the boat ashore; I can't get the effin' outboard to start
We will rock you (by passing very close to you, just above displacement speed)
...and so on. Should be a blast
<hr width=100% size=1>Je suis Marxiste - tendance Groucho
Must remember to get mercury to put a tank trap just under the waterline on the berth they assign you. We can't let a fine tradition be spoilt after all! <g>
Welcome back!!!! OK, I'll put music on the wish list, and we can decide if it gonna be background, string quartet, live music etc. Any votes anyone. String quartet will bump up ticket price - not cheap to hire
