Hi

Is there a additional filter on the injector side of the fuel pump on a 4 stroke 115 Merc? I have fuel up to the pump, the pump is working but have no fuel coming through onto the cylinders.

Does anyone have or no where to find a workshop manual for a 2004 engine?

Thanks

I dont know but 2 quick thoughts. There are loads of US forums that discuss repairing these engines in great detail, with many expert posters, so a quick google should find you someone. And that powerhead was bought complete by Merc from Yamaha, and bolted onto a Merc leg, so search for Yamaha answers too (it was the powerhead that much of the 2004-ish litigation between Merc and Yam was all about, when Yam tried to stop supplying it)

There appears to be three filters in the fuel system for this engine.

Not familiar with it so don't really know what they all do, but i don't think there is a filter between the injector pump and the injectors although there is one associated with the pump.

I agree with the suggestion of posting on one of the US forums

http://forums.iboats.com/forumdisplay.php?f=25
and
http://www.marineengine.com/discus/messages/12479/12479.shtml
are a couple of good ones

Both run by marine engine specialists, not offshoots of fishing websites!

If you go to either post full engine details including serial number if possible.
