I'm also a little confused as to whether this is genuinely a new requirement.

A separate certificate of liability insurance for Italy has always been routinely provided by my insurers. It is written in Italian and for at least the last five years has contained details of the boat, its engines (hp, make/model, serial numbers) and tender (HIN, engine serial number). Sometimes it's requested along with the main certificate of insurance when checking into a marina, or when documents are spot checked at anchor.

Each year I receive separate certificates of liability insurance for Spain, Italy and Greece. The language, format and content of each is tailored to comply with local regulations. Bizarrely, given their attitude on other things, France does not require the insurance certificate to be in French and so the main certificate of insurance seems to be acceptable.

It was boiling….honestly ! The next bay along was a little breezy but there, protected from the wind, it was sun bathing weather ???
We wore long sleeve t-shirts with our fleeces around our waists. Definitely move here?

+1 t-shirt weather here as well. Only turned on GCH a few days ago and promptly turned itself off as temp inside was 23-24C
need a light jacket at night though. brilliant weather to catch a light cold

I read your post as I wait for my steak salad and chips on the terrace of a pub overlooking Porquerolles port….that is why I am immune to attack and merely feel sorry for those who aren’t me????
