Med boaters - will you get to your boat this year?

Scheeeh you are not selling it . Esp with the cost of getting there .
Been about 10 / dozen times over the 15 yrs we had on the Cote d Azur .

And up comes the sun…

…and I think it’s about time some of you lazy bu993r5 also got up…rise and shine?

and this is how the island gets its water..several trips a day..when she pumps it out the ship rises so high her propeller is barely wet

It’s not that we love crowds...they are just the reality of summer here...and we are not in the more famous locations....my consolation is that I’m a year round boater...in four days summer will officially end?

It was a cultural shock arriving in Liguria, boat density wise for us after the CdA .
Takes a season or two to decompress. Much prefer it . A pints €6 etc .
But it’s not that it’s the piece and quiet and the crystal water . It’s less (the irony with a 23 deadrise ) windy too .

Pass. I’ve never been up North ;)
I went up there once….went a cafe and had a big fry up…and went to pay, and she said ‘one pound twelve’.. I said you made a mistake, she added it up again and said its because I ate so much…in London (in those days) it was more than a fiver…I gave her a tip
