I got the 6-pro. I like it, but it is only a polisher-meaning you arent going to be doing a gelcoat repairs with it. Good for polishing, then!If I was going to get an electric polisher what would people recommend? I don't really want to spend more than £100!! I know there are really good ones out there but they are too expensive at £300 odd.

It's light, seems adequately powerful, and the sponges (maguires I think I got) are a revelation-you sure want them!
I think if you polish 60ft boats for a living, you may want 100pct professional tool, but for good amateur stuff, I was very impressed with this tool.
I use a Silverline rotary for the serious cutting stuff. It works fine;bit heavy,bit agricultural, but does the job.
