Matsutec HA-102 AIS Transponder- any reason not to buy?

I've had one for about 3 years, works just fine....
I'd actually say its better as you can change the MMSI number when it moved boat rather than all that "send to manufacturer" to be reset nonsense.

My ha-102 came today but no gps antenna, wonder what people are using inside boat with good results? Any generic Puck good enough?

Most generic gps antennas should be fine, they're not complicated and the receiver is in the HA-102.
