A google for Marine Mortgage shows many still available. Barclays, Lombard, HSBC among others.
I have always bought for cash so can't say if terms have changed.

Lombard and barclays Still offering, but at a Price. Deposit likely to be 25-30% not 15-20% as in the past. Also instead of 1.5%-2.5% over base expect 3.19-4.5% over base!
Lombard were most competitive last year
