You have to admit that MMS probably have thousands of satisfied customers.

The trouble seems to be that if things go wrong they often seem to go very wrong and MMS seem to have very little ability, or the will, to sort things out quickly or at all.

Rock bottom prices means there is no money to invest in customer service.

You pay your money and take your chance!
 
Really really really NO unless you can go in and touch it before handing money over and take it away with you.
You can't believe a word they say.
I don't even look at their ads now in case I'm tempted cos I know I'd be sorry!

In fairness to MMS I have used them numerous times, sometimes not the quickest but generally not the dearest either.
To jump on the anti-band wagon would be unfair as Richard, owner of MMS, did me a good turn which rescued what would have been a lost weekend, so sometimes a bit of credit where it is due:o

On the otherhand do you want to take the chance of being one of their well documented disasters. The savings the OP can make are good but only of value if he has the time and energy to extract a refund if it all goes tits up
 
I have used them twice. Both times the items ordered turned up in an average amount of time, not super quick but didn't have to chase either.

Me too, Neale. I would not use them for a big value, in a hurry ticket, but some routine stuff I have not had a problem.
 
Well I'd better own up. Lured by a good price I spoke to MMS on the live chat option and checked delivery which turned out to be ex stock supplier. Placed the order on Thursday 16th and received today at noon Monday 20th. Altogether a satisfactory outcome. You may well ask why get advice in the first place and I have no answer, sorry.
