Marine engineers Conwy area

[I’m no expert]

Can anyone recommend any engineers that would work in the Conwy area?
I need to get my Volvo AD41’s serviced and looking for recommendations.

I have used Lee Mercer from CLM Marine Services before for Volvo engine servicing and other general engineering work. He always did a good job and was very helpful and reliable (07506 719656).

If Lee isn't capable of helping you himself, he should be able to put you in touch with a guy called Ben (Jones, I think) who is also local and specialises in Volvo.

They both are OK for general stuff but nobody comes close to Llyn Marine the local Volvo specialist. They are delightfully expensive (oh and how!), the owner is hard work, difficult to get any sort of quote out of, and wont touch a job unless they do the whole job.....but!!!... the only people you can rely on to do the job first time right by the book, no quibble, and extremely reliable. I want to go postal every time I deal with them but credit where it's due. Their engineer is superb.

I now use North Wales Marine Engineering based now at Conwy Marine. Don’t get them mixed up with Marine Engineering Services at Dinas.
