Marinco 32A Connector Wiring

I have a Marinco 32A connector.
Earth is clearly marked with an Earth symbol.

One other is marked with a "W" (could be an "M").
The colour coding has sort of faded away on what I think is the live terminal.

This is the way it is currently wired up.
Is this correct?

'W' = White. In North Amercian wiring, white is neutral.
