The charge would be for a 13 M berth plus 50% surcharge for a catamaran.Thanks. My French is non existent. If it's not too much trouble could you tell my how much it would be for a catamaran 13M x 6.72.

Lovely place. We stayed in the hotal Côte Rêvée in Leucate plage a few years ago, late season with cheap flights from RyanAir, and spent a lot of time around the port. Fabulous seafood restaurantsPort Leucate, South of France for
1) catamaran, 600 Euros + 66 euros/m^2
2) monohull, 600 euros + 71 euros/m^2.
3) a boat of historic interest, 600 euros + 15 euros/m^2.
What counts is the length on the registration certificate. In my case this was 15.3m vs 20.0m real length overall with the bowsprit.
I just got a price for renewal of my contract which is due in mid May - it's €23,880 at todays exchange rate. Since my last renewal the government have applied VAT at 20% to marina contracts. Without the VAT it has gone up from €15,460 to €19,900 so 29%. With the VAT added it has gone up 54%.There have been a number of threads about marina prices recently and I thought it would be interesting for some of us to share information on what we're paying.
I'm in Setur Marina in Kuşadası, Türkiye. My boat is a catamaran 13 x 6.72M. In Türkiye, most if not all marinas charge by the M² - LOA X Beam. 95% of the berths are stern-to on floating pontoons - no finger jetties and packed in tight.
I have 25% discount, because I've been a customer in the marina since God was a boy, so I'll quote my gross rate before discount which is €15,460. If you want to compare, that works out at €177 per M².
Water, electricity and lift out are all extra, and eye wateringly expensive.
VAT has been on marina fees here for a while….but EVERYTHING is going up….and all the good will stuff that used to be complimentary has been removed. It’s getting very expensive to keep a boatI just got a price for renewal of my contract which is due in mid May - it's €23,880 at todays exchange rate. The lift and launch fee, with just 15 days on the hard is €2,810.

Yep... we used to have free parking, but now I need to pay 200 euros a year for the fob to open the barrier to park behind the boat (in an area that is never busy, because you're only allowed there if you have a boat on our quay!)VAT has been on marina fees here for a while….but EVERYTHING is going up….and all the good will stuff that used to be complimentary has been removed. Is this long term prices? How difficult is it to get a berth there?Port Leucate, South of France for

Those are yearly berth prices. You can download the current ones from their website. Is this long term prices? How difficult is it to get a berth there?
I am thinking about buying a house in that general area and the marinas further north (Agde, Marseillan) have waiting lists.
I don't think I've been to Port Leucate before but I remember the beach at Leucate Plage and some fantastic (Fitou) vineyards further in.

Same boat, moved to a different marina in the below area. Got a berth in a corner (access over bow and side), actually in the small city's center. Parking next to the boat. Water and power included as well as space on the hard during winter.
GBP 665 per annum

Any discount for forumites of historical interest?3) a boat of historic interest, 600 euros + 15 euros/m^2.
The picture was taken on the day of a popular family-event with free entry, food, drinks and very good live music. That always brings a lot of people, and the place in front of a service-crane in front of me is popular by those coming for the amusement. You look like you are blocked in![]()

I feel for you, that's a really steep increase in just one year. Is there any particular reason for that level of rate increase, and do you suspect it might lead to more availability in your marina going forward?I just got a price for renewal of my contract which is due in mid May - it's €23,880 at todays exchange rate. The increase is actually 75% in local currency. I think there will be availability, but who's going to come in and pay €273 per m². I don't have a choice. I live locally and the nearest alternative marinas are a 2 hour drive away and not much cheaper.I feel for you, that's a really steep increase in just one year. You'd be paying €16,500 for a new contract here in Kuşadası, water and electricity extra.North Adriatic in Croatia, LOA 13,7m Beam: 4,4m ... Monohull - One year in the water, liftout, land etc. all extra. Electricity and Water included. €7200 per year.
Found this video... shows how little money they make from charging us berth holders for parkingBeginning this year - the Port Authority installed a barrier restricting access to the Yacht hard yard area ..... but it was vertical and access open.
Previously we all just opened the gate and drove in ... The Yacht Harbour is adjacent to Port Authority dock. The Yacht Harbour gate can have cars - but is limited and not allowed except on exceptional circumstances. All road traffic / trucks / etc come in via the Port Authority end ...
About 6 - 7 weeks ago - barrier was DOWN !! I could not get in. and had to turn car round ... drive round to other side of harbour - park and walk.
Last week - I emailed Port Authority - I have a Marine Company here ... applied for access for all my vehicles ... within the hour - they were electronically registered.
The barrier has an automatic Car Registration identifier camera .... it opens as you approach it !
Back to free access !!
