I am just telling it as it is - H M Customs accepts the 60/40 split no questions asked.

So - do you have the pre-duty rate on your diesel pump?
They did that here at first but had so many hiss takers claiming 100% domestic it had to change.

Yes we do have pre-duty rates on the pumps - there is negligible abuse.

HMRC customs should ask questions of a diesel powered RIB with no domestic facilities - or least they would IF they asked any questions at all. Owners could be fined for not paying 100% even though your marina insisted on selling at 60%.

It would be interesting to know if anybody has actually been challenged on their declaration - Ive not heard of any.
