marina/boatyards in Turkey

I am looking for an out of the water berth for one year around Bodrum or Marmaris and have had such huge quotes that I may as well bring it home for the price. Has anybody any info about cheap yards around this area and any costs. I have heard of a new marina/yard around Bodrum that is offering good deals. Any info much appreciates.

Nothing to add but for interest, what sort of rate were you quoted for what sort of boat?

Know of a good one in Greece secure compound about £70 per month for a 35 footer less if you take a yearly berth I think 12 months for the price of 10
