I was asked to post this by a friend who's husband just had a stroke and became incapacitated.
They had just signed the contract for a 5 year lease for a berth in Albufeira Marina and won't be able to use it now.
The berth is for a 6 to 8 m boat max 2.7 beam.Water and power have been payed for a year allready.
They payed 8000 Euros but are prepared to take 6000 for it.
Albufeira Marina is a new development in the Algarve about 5 miles to the west of Vilamoura. It's almost empty still.
Please understand that I have no interest whatsoever in this and am only trying to help them in any way I can.
