i have heard you can get red diesel in spain if you ask for it, anyone knows spannish control on fuel???

I have asked, numerous times and there seems to be no way, although I have heard of some old converted fishing type boats getting it (in cans). I cannot say so personally and have never met anybody who has. I have also heard of registered charter boats (british) getting some, but cannot confirm that either. It is available to Spanish fishing boats in some harbours. But I do know it is illegal to purchase red diesel for pleasure boats and to sell it to you.

We have licenced charter boat in Portugal and get the cheap fuel. Dont know if it is the same in spain
