Machining cones

Work with machinists, was wondering would it be possible to make your own cones for the older Norseman terminals, that are not available now.(All on holiday now of course)

How many, what size do you need for which wire type?

I have a bunch of spares on board for various size dyform wire.

Please advise which this interchangeable part is please. Have spent all this time and you have a simple solution for me. Please share.

In a later post you say you need 3 cones ( or 3 ends making off ) Seems you are just storing up a problem for later. What happens next time one needs replacing?

Standard swaged ends or switch to Sta-Loks?

I wasn't suggesting switching the wedges, rather replacing the whole termination. They may not look identical but they are still available.

They have 9/32" which is 7.14mm.

That is a difference of only 5.5 thousandths of an inch. I don't think that it is very significant for the purpose of a wedge, assuming that the slit does not close completely. However, while if it were my rigging I would definitely try it, the final decision lies with the OP.
