Cr@p forecast, but I was in Porthmadog and the sun shone all day and it was positively warm and windless. So, out with the boat. Fantastic!! Roaring up the estuary at 42kts (not flat out and with a good handful of throttle still in the balance) and thoroughly enjoying myself.

A friend of mine was with me and he's thinking of joining the dark side, and buying a yacht, so we went off to look at a Sadler 26. I have to say that a) it was in good nick and b) the interior layout was v. impressive. Nice boat.... No, no, no - don't even think it, I'm not going to do doing likewise. :)
