no connection - was looking for a short shaft myself but came across this. old but looks imaculate and underused.

Already got one, bort a few years ago off boats and outboards, looked like new, when I first used it I was looking worriedly for the telltale, only then dawned on me that it was aircooled!! Plonker! It's been a great engine, always starts first pull and hardly any noisier than a water cooled model. One of my best buys.

indeed - I think it may have been your comments I remembered when spotting the item!

At 165 someone got a good deal - and maybe better than they realised.
