Looking into buying a boat

Buts its twin petrols, do the sums and offer 15-17K and wait. Mind they can sell for river use only if only getting light use but you have the same problem come resale.
Appears it is being sold as the owner can't afford to run it so I would tread very carefully.

This is what I thought; having followed lots of advice from helpful members on here, I'm having a real good think about it. If I do offer, it will at 15k, but I'm starting to go off the idea of this boat with high running costs!
