Looking for new engine with power tilt - 8 HP or less

I am looking for a new 8 HP or less 20" long shaft engine with power tilt, electric start, and remote steering . I know there are a number of 9.9 HP on the market but I was looking for something less. Are there any manufacturers out there that make such an engine with all these features? Thanks for your help.
