Definately would go for a cuddy any day. Cuddy gives you somewhere dry to put your kit (change of clothes?) plus it stops the hull flexing. A friend of mine had a Bayliner bowrider- it was awful, the hull flexed so much, the windscreen broke.
The other down side to a bowrider is the wind coming in through the gap under the centre screen freezes you to death (unless you keep the front cover on, if you do, you might as well have a cuddy anyway!)
