What do you do when you have no money no boat? Stella took me back to her(our) house for the first few days we lived in bliss in fact about three weeks!
Then i began to think of the boat or a new one,the other being in the land of the dark and cold.
Stella became SWMBO doors needed fittings that they would close properly cupboards which had doors needed them gluing wood had to be cut chairs glued tables sanded and varnished pots (flowers ) moved the list seemingly endless the nearest cafe the cave one flight below was out of bounds!Otherwise 21kms!
The mornings fraught with protocol, a visit to the heads and just as i was about to be relieved Stella would put her head around the door and say "dont splash"!
Soon fertalising the garden was discovered and forbidden, liveing in a fixed place she bought me "jeans" to replace the "blues with zip" id bought from farm co-operatives for 20frf or 2.8€ a pair new(now 28€ a pair)??The jeans all had buttons!
The heads now surrounded by toilet rolls at seat level pictures at female sitting hight made life complicated, buttons make it impossible! It takes so long to open them then Stella was there.
this square mouse delated again???I hate it i want another IBM but no money!!
I would take a glass of wine from time to time when aboard, aboard a house however the wine comes in "bottles" no matter its a simple daily wine or one for special lunches or dinner. The downside is the bottles are very small threfore several are empty by 4pm and more needed!SWMBO thinks its enough!
I take the bottles and dump them at sea Stella goes intolow earth orbit why i ask? Im getting in the pots i can just as well dump them as the rustations love them & in a few years theyll be antiquities? Stella dosent agree No drinking of bottels untill premission given??????????????
The Galley being large with a wood cooker needing endless buckets of wood to feed it.Haveing said that it warmed and cooks better than even a Taylors parrafin or dickersons diesel cooker could!!
Trouble at galley!I would bake bread biscites and lunch! only to be told id left marks on the oven or grill that i couldent cook? That the oven has to be cleaned extra when im there?Wood ovens have to be cleaned every day, mines black womens are pure steel polished, but not used
Its my fault!I gave her her own bucket aboard. And in the galley she cooked more often than i did she was in charge!
Now im that is we are looking for a new boat i
This laptop with a square mouse is deleting my posts and changeing as i post why??Better post now
