Can anyone advise on where i can moor my boat for livaboard purposes in essex

Try North Fambridge- think they are advertising alongside mud berths for just this purpose at the mo.

You could speak to Buffer at Blackwater Marina, of course they dont officially allow liver's but quite a few there do. Dries out tho to soft sinky mud.
