Lovely pictures, thanks for posting. I saw the Little Ship in Fort Augustus a couple of weeks ago. Sorry I couldn't stop and say hello.
Castle Stalker, I believe.

Thanks Tom, some stunning scenery.
Did you go all the way through to Inverness or stay in the boat harbour at Drumnadrochit?
What was the story with the big cruise boat?
The pic of the Alaskan didn't come out, any chance of a re-post?
Cheers
R U joking? Those pics are fantastic, I sure did! Here is a flavour of the Caledoina trip
......
Hope you enjoyed them.
The GB Alaskan was designed by Arthur DeFever so has more than a passing resemblance to Eos.
Great pics Tom, please post some more when you get the chance.
Little Ship's varnishwork looks immaculate.
Tony Fleming, was a design guy at American Marine in the 60's through mid-80's and then went to run Fleming Yachts, the Alaskans had two designers, Art Defever and Bob Doris according to my sorces![]()

Real shame that it's such a long trip from here...
...it isn't possible to rent a boat for a couple of weeks, or is it?
Here is one company

We were only hit by one boat in two weeks........ I'm told thats good but I didnt think so at the time
Tom
Well, the statement on their home page says it all: No previous boating experience is necessary as we provide a comprehensive hand over and 24 hour support service during your stay.People seem to think it's like a Broads or narrowboat holiday - and the clientel is roughly equivalent.
Did you watch the dolphins feeding Tom?
What did they do, toss up fish for Tom to catch?![]()
I'm pretty sure there are a couple of companies that charter MoBo's on the Caledonian
Would not even attempt taking one of those to sea..... far to small engines to handle the tides and very roly ... at a push you'll only go backwards at a rate of a couple of knots under Kesock bridge or Corran Narrows. Here is one company
