Having been looked at a web site selling light bulbs (message on here) reminded me that I have a blown bulb in the cabin and that the other bulbs are rather bright.

But I cant remember the type of bulb and would like to make that one of the "jobs" next time I go to the boat.
I think its one of these /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I also feel like a mushroom at home and need a LOT of bulbs replacing.

I dont know the sealine intimately but those bulbs are 20 W which is bright and hot.

My Princess bulbs are these , which are available in 5 w and 10w
They fit inside the holder and have the appearance of your bulbs.

Usually covered by glass and a Brass, silver or white retainer.

The pins get dirty and can be cleaned with a penknife, very unusual for one to blow.

The holders also get dirty as the holder and the bulb are dissimilar metals, the holder can be submerged in coke for 1/2 hour to clean.

I use 10w to port and 5 w to starboard to reude power while at anchor.

Your radar arch should have the hanging type and will look dashing with these.

Try here for more bulbs
