have in my junk box a lewmar 2 main sheet block with jammer. fiddle and becket?
the small pulley (plastic white) is broken, have drilled out the rivets and disassembled it, however lewmar website says not servicable and no spare parts, does any one know of a source for the pulley please?
if i was still working in the local steel works i could of knocked up one from engineering plastic but those days are gone.

I believe that Barton do replacement pulleys - you'll have to check its compatible though. Main Marine, who are now part of Gibb also used to do spare pulleys.

Have you tried ringing Lewar. I had the same problem with a swivel block years back but the pulley itself was a 'standard' size. I replace the rivetted shaft with a machine bolt? and nyloc nut for future replacement. Not smart looking but at the top of the mast who cares !
