I have just sold my yacht as the family, especially me suffer from seasickness. I have bought a kayak to keep myself on the water on calmer days but was thinking about buying a RIB to take the family out when conditions were favourable or fun
I am also getting a dinghy but the RIB widens the opportunity to get out on the water as windless days can now also be included for trips. The speed and distance you can travel in a RIB is also very tempting as well as the low maintenance/costs etc compared to a yacht.
Finally the question. When travelling at speed will you feel less seasick in a RIB than a yacht. You don't seem to get the big up and down movements in a RIB!?
Looking to get one of these
