Leg end under sail ....

It seemed to me to be doing just what cruising boats are supposed to do, i.e. sailing comfortably. I know Legends are designed to provide maximum accommodation and comfort, with sailing performance not at the top of the priorities list. Anyone who wants a high performance 50 footer is looking at the wrong boat. As an aside I do not profess to understand the backstayless rig, but the idea of putting the traveller on an arch over the cockpit, rather than on the coach-roof looks eminently sensible to me.

The only advantage of sailing a Legend is that you don't have to look at the ugly brute.

BTW, don't ever let one anywhere near your boat as you can't make fenders stay in position against its flared rubbing-strake with its s/s edging.
